1. Data We Collect

  • Account info: email address, display name (if you create an account).
  • Order info: plan purchased, ICCID, activation timestamp, usage volume.
  • Payment info: handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
  • Technical info: IP address, user-agent, session cookies for authentication.

2. How We Use It

  • Provision your eSIM profile via our upstream carrier partner.
  • Deliver the QR code and activation instructions by email.
  • Provide account management, refund handling, and customer support.
  • Detect fraud and abuse, in cooperation with Stripe.

3. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) Stripe (payments), (b) our upstream eSIM provider (provisioning), (c) our email service (delivery). We do not sell your data.

4. Retention

Order and provisioning records are retained for 7 years for tax/audit compliance. You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us; identifying order records may be retained as required by law.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR/CCPA/etc.), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Email hq@connectsimmobile.com to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies

We use first-party session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
