Refund Policy

Before you activate
Every eSIM stays valid for 180 days between purchase and first activation. Any plan that has never been activated on a device can be cancelled for a full refund at any time inside that pre-activation window — no questions asked.
After you activate
Once the eSIM has connected to a network, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that:
- The eSIM profile has not been activated on a device.
- No data has been consumed on the line.
- The plan has not expired.
When refunds are denied
- The eSIM has been installed and activated on a device.
- Device incompatibility — eSIM compatibility is your responsibility to verify before purchase.
- Carrier-locked phones unable to accept third-party eSIMs.
- Coverage complaints in areas where the upstream carrier reports normal service.
- Beyond the 24-hour window.
How to request a refund
Email hq@connectsimmobile.com with your order number. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.
